This was my favorite place of the 3 that we stayed in, in Maun. It is right downtown, but does not get any noise from the street. It is an easy walk to shops etc. Breakfast is included , which is a nice touch. Both breakfast and dinner are good, as is the outside bar. I liked that I could use the bathroom without waking my friend. This wasn't always the case in other places. The staff here, as everywhere, are wonderful. We were here at the start and end of our trip to the Okavango Delta and Victoria Falls. We would have stayed all 3 of the latter nights , but only one night was available.

The location is very good, between the central bus station and the airport. It's walking distance to everything you need, supermarket, restaurant and market. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. It's a nice little pool with sunbeds there too. On the negative side it was an annoying fire-alarm "beeping" for several days without the personell bothering to turn it off or find the cause. I also hate AI-generated / BOT-generated messages from the hotel via Booking.com, I got like 30 of them, and the hotel did not reply on my messages through Booking.com either.

Great location! A minutes away from city center, grocery stores, banks, bus terminal and KFC. Not far from the airport. Very helpful staff. They offered luggage storage while I was on a Safari tour, and let me stay in the lobby while waiting for a late night bus. The buildings incorporates many traditional local elements, but still provides decent contemporary comfort to guests. There's a bar and campfire at night, and the breakfast buffet is decent. Also, the breakfast buffet starts early at 6am, convenient for guests heading out for Safari in the early morning. Highly recommended!

Helpful staff who assisted with booking a game drive to Moremi reserve at short notice. They also prepared a picnic lunch for this activity. Good shuttle service from and to the airport. The shuttle coordinated with both international flights and flights to the Safari camps operating from the airport. The location was convenient and the outlook pleasant. Lovely bar and pool area in the gardens, and indoor/outdoor dining. A very convenient staging point for trips to the Okavango Safari camps

Such an oasis after the long journey on the bus from Kasane. The garden is so relaxing, wifi working even at the pool, I had a wonderful local dish (pounded beef), the staff is very nice and the free shuttle to the airport is amazing. You feel well taken care of. The rooms are big, beds comfortable, breakfast is plenty. It's a perfect place to stay before your safari (if you don't require luxury).

This was a nice stopover at the beginning and end of an overlanding trip. We appreciated the pool and AC in the October heat. Also, instead of paying for breakfast here you can just walk next door to Riley’s Garage for coffee (espresso bar) and a pastry.

A comfortable hotel very close to the airport. A free airport shuttle is available and we used this to travel to the airport. Very nice grounds with outdoor bar and friendly, casual atmosphere. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and chose the buffet which was very good value. Breakfast had many options and was included in our package. Staff very friendly. We would recommend this hotel.

The location in the village is excellent, in the centre of Maun. - The older lady who worked at the bar and in the restaurant was extremely sweet and turned out to be the perfect guest carer. She has worked hard, there for many years and deserves special praise. Unfortunately, we didn't write her name down. - There was a psychopath next to our room who was constantly crying and ranting. The hotel manager helped us to spend the night more quietly. The man was moved to a secluded room at night. - Book a room without a connecting door. - Avoid the travel agency in the hotel, the lady there spoke no English and the documents are not excellent. If you want to travel individually, call Mr Face, +267 73 124 198, who is also well known in the hotel and speaks very well in English.

This is a nice place where the staff, particularly in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked it. Nice Chairs to relax in. Central in Maun, but it was quiet at night. Liked the Bar in the garden Would I go back again? Oh Yes Good airport pick up and take back service

A great place to rest before or after setting out into the bush, or for seeing more of the Okavango Delta by small plane or by mokoro (I went about 90 minutes away by jeep and had a great day, alone on the Delta with my mokoro poler.) The setting has lovely mature shade trees, a mid-sized pool, a restaurant, a bar, and several different buildings for the rooms. Mine was in the back of the property and I appreciated the quiet. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service to/from the airport is very convenient. There are also some shops not far from the hotel. I really appreciated that the receptionist was able to fix a booking error I had made, as I needed 3 nights and not 4. Overall, an enjoyable experience, and so nice to take a dip in the pool when it is really hot in Maun!
